Lessons From Harry Potter Books
The Harry Potter series of fun and fantasy filled books, though were initially penned for young children, has some genuine lessons for life.
These books are read and enjoyed by people of all age groups and they all can benefit by following these lessons. Have you noticed? There is magic all around us.
Even though wizards and witches live and side to side with Muggles and non magical people, they are not aware of this fact. In fact there is a magic around us in air, the magic of this universe.
We people are simply blind to this immense beauty and magic which encircles us in our day to day life.
Courage is taking action in spite of fear. It has been seen that time and again, Harry Potter along with his friends works by his values and instincts, loves to take challenges even when warned by others.
Now, this is courage. It is not that people who have courage do not feel fear of anything, but just the values and thinking prompts them to do action in face of any of fears.
Believe in the importance of friends and mentors.
Harry Potter has to struggle when he fails to be in the company of his friends and well wishers, but rises and easily passes all the hurdles when he consults them and relies on them.
Though we may be most brilliant, yet when we are alone, we are not as courageous or as competent when we work with others in companionship. Always play to your strengths.
Each of the witches or even wizards have their own weakness or strengths.
Similar is with Harry Potter and his friends.
When Harry makes use of his flying skills and immense courage and when Hermione uses her research capabilities with young witches and wizards, they are easily able to face challenges which sometimes can scare many courageous warriors.
We should always rely on our strengths and are happy when we are most creative, and when we build and move with power of strength.
If you believe in yourself then it makes it so.
In spite of their immense magical powers, the wizards and witches in Harry Potter adventures amply state that life truths are totally dependent on our beliefs.
This fact was clearly demonstrated when Ron, thinking that after taken the potion which guarantees him a luck all through the day, plays a keeper so superbly in that day's Quidditch match. Always believe in the power of love.
As a child, Harry won each of battle he fought against the Dark Lord, Voldemort, who was so fearsome that many of adult witches and wizard would fear even his name, is again and again stymied by this young Potter.
His advantage, as per his mentor, Headmaster Albus Dumbledore is love.
Though Harry Potter and his friends faced immense difficulties when they ventured out to gain success, they remained focused on the positive result.
You can also win life with just that positive mindset.
